- Here are some of his thoughts that I've taken from his email to me. "My web points to instructional resources for teachers. My main thrust is to identify Internet-base resources that can be used by students as "raw materials" for the production of original information products. In addition, I am linking to resources that can be removed from the Internet (downloaded) and taken to students as a printout or on disk (even better). The fact is that for a while, most schools will have only one or a small handfull of Internet stations, preventing significant numbers of students from using it in meaningful ways. So I see the Internet right now as a better resource for teachers than for students because of this lack of availability."

Welcome! (or click here to go to the sources) Welcome to the world wide web of educational online sources. We want to make this a space where everyone can contribute, where everyone together can build a clearinghouse for educational information. As you know, the Internet now grows explosively, with new resources coming online literally daily. Moreover, the majority of new users have far less computer skill than the 'old-timers', and we expect the next mass immigration onto the Internet to come from high school teachers and their students. However, there is still no unified collection of educational online sources, no first-stop for teachers just joining the Internet, no display of the education descriptions.
