An introduction to Instructional Systems Design. Following a generic instructional design model, participants design a training program.

This three-semester hour guided elective course (E-Learning specialization track) is offered in both blended (Wednesday evenings from 6:00 - 8:50 Karpen Hall on the UNCA campus in Asheville) and on-line formats. Students in the course use the Dick & Carey Instructional Systems Design Model to design a instructional program.
